Fast-forward to today, and I’m juggling more hats than a magician at a hat shop. I’ve got my e-PRO Electronic Professional hat (fancy, right?), my CIAS Certified Investor Specialist and a CNC Certified Negotiating Consultant hat (for those high-stakes negotiations), and my CDPE Certified Distressed Property Expert hat (because distressed properties need love too) as well as the CLHMS Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
But wait, there’s more! I’m not just a real estate agent; I am a Commercial Real Estate Specialist and a matchmaker between bricks and ownership. I’ve seen stressed-out buyers transform into happy property owners faster than you can say “mortgage approval.” And sellers? Oh, they’re practically doing cartwheels when I fetch them top dollar.
Family? Oh, they’re my secret sauce. My young adults keep me on my toes, Meanwhile, my wonderful wife (who’s basically a real estate whisperer) keeps me grounded.
And let’s not forget the accolades – those shiny badges that say, “Hey, you’re kinda good at this!” But truth be told, it’s the people – the quirky clients, the nervous first-timers, the seasoned investors – who fuel my hustle.
